Centered & Alive Coaching
Grief showed you truths.
Now you get to live them.
There's a voice inside you that has never been wrong. A quiet knowing, a pull that doesn't always make logical sense. But life experiences and culture have a way of drowning that out. Over the course of our lives, we get so good at being who everyone else needs us to be that we stop listening to our own inner whispers.
Then loss happens, and something shifts. Not because grief fixes anything. But when everything goes quiet, your inner voice, your true self, becomes harder to ignore.
She's there. And she has something to say. Are you ready to listen?
Grief is shifting how you see the world.
Is it leading you closer to your truth?
Most coaching happens from the neck up. You talk, you gain insight, you leave with a plan. And then life happens, and nothing really changes.
Our work together goes deeper than talk.
You've probably felt that before. You go to the retreat and feel something shift, then you get home and life closes back in and it's like it never happened.
This is different. The patterns keeping you stuck don't just live in your thoughts. They live in your body too. So we work with both. And what surfaces doesn’t stay in the session. It shows up in the choices you make every day. That's the whole point, not to feel better for an afternoon, but to live differently.
This work builds toward the day you no longer need it.
Witness the patterns that have been running your life.
We'll uncover the beliefs, stories, and expectations you were handed and start to understand why you've been living the way you have. This is where the real work begins. Not fixing you, but seeing the real you.
Together we will…
Explore your true self, the one that's been there all along
With the noise quieted, we'll turn toward what actually matters to you. Your values, your needs, your voice. You'll learn to trust yourself again and start making decisions from the inside out.
And continuously hold space for your grief.
As emotions arise, we’ll ride the wave together. Emotions are not to be feared; they are a big part of what makes us human, and they can be beautiful guides if we allow them the space to reside. Which is exactly what we’ll do during our time together.
You’re a woman who’s a year or more out from loss (any loss: divorce, the death of a loved one, even losing a job or a dream you had for your life). You've survived the first wave. You're functioning on the outside. And you're living with the quieter, longer reality of what the loss revealed. If you're in your first raw year, this may not be right for you yet. The acute season is often best held by a therapist.
You're here for what the grief stirred, the quiet, undeniable sense that your life no longer fits, and the pull to build one that does. You're not in it for therapy or someone to dig through your past. You want to start with how you feel right now, and where you go from here.
You're not looking for someone to tell you what to do. You know the answers are already in you. You just want help hearing them.
Is This For Me?
If you know you it’s time to stop living a misaligned life, then this is for you.

Who is Your Coach?
Kendra knows grief firsthand. She's felt it in her bones.
Her daughter, Adeline, was stillborn. Six weeks later, her father died too. In the middle of all her grief, she realized something she couldn't unsee: the life she'd been living no longer fit. She'd spent years being who everyone needed, and couldn't remember the last time she'd asked what she actually wanted.
Her background in psychology and twenty years of guiding people through change gives the work its structure. Her own loss gives it heart.
She's not here to fix you or hand you a plan. She's here to sit with you and help you see what you haven't yet learned to see in yourself.
Grief opened the door. Your true self is what you’ll find on the other side.
Let’s clear the noise and uncover a life that’s uniquely yours.
Questions? Here’s What Others Have Asked Before Signing Up.
-
No. Seeing your life clearly doesn't mean you have to tear it down. Clarity gives you options, it doesn't force any of them. Most of what shifts here is quiet. You start making choices from the inside out, and your life slowly becomes more yours. You're always the one deciding what changes and what stays.

Most of the time, we try to think our way to answers. But our bodies often know before our minds. You feel the tight chest before you admit you're overwhelmed. The gut feeling when something feels off or wrong, even when you say “yes”.
Working through the body means we don't skip past that. When something stirs in a session, we can slow down and stay with it instead of rushing to explain it. Often, that's where the real answer is, the one that thinking can’t reach.
And you're always in control. Nothing happens without your consent. We never go into the body unless you’re interested.

You've felt that before. The retreat that lifted you, then faded the moment you got home. This is built differently. The work isn't something done to you in a room you then leave behind. It's done with you, and it connects to the real choices you make every day. That's the difference between feeling better for an afternoon and living differently.

There's no perfect moment, and this isn't built for perfect. It's built for real life. Showing up imperfectly is still showing up. If something in you is even a little ready, that's enough to start with. The discovery call is a low-pressure place to find out.
-
Your feelings aren't a flood waiting to drown you. Their information and they're completely natural. They've been trying to tell you something for a long time. We move at your pace, and you won't face any of it alone. Nothing here asks you to hold it all together. It only asks you to listen.
